Payment Terms and Conditions


Pricelist: Prices are in Euros and include VAT. The Bareboat and skippered pricelist for weekly rental is valid and in effect unless otherwise stated in a specific offer. Boarding takes place on Saturdays at 17:00, while disembarkation takes place on Saturdays at 09:00. Yachts are to arrive to their base port from the previous day till 18:00. Alternatives need to be agreed on an offer Basis.


Security deposit: Paid via AMEX, Visa or Mastercard at check in. Security deposit is also required if a skipper is hired at an extra cost.


Yacht equipment: All necessary inventory and navigation equipment according to the Greek laws and according to chartering standards. Equipment includes amongst others the following: outboard motor and tender, GPS or GPS plotters, bimini, electric windlass, furling or full batten main sail and roller Genoa, music stereo player, VHF-VHS, electric refrigerators and ice-box, wheel steering and hot water, autopilot, sprayhood, gangway, deck cushions, electricity adaptors-shore lines, deck speakers.
Included in the price
Full inventory and extras as specified, Greek V.A.T., Yacht's insurance, Linen, blankets & towels per passenger, Gas for cooking, Technical support.
Not included in the price
Provisions, Diesel, Water, Harbor or marina fees, Transfers, End cleaning, Personal holiday insurance, Crew, Optional services.


Cancelation fee: More than 6 months before charter, a 300 Euros handling fee will be charged. 2-6 months before charter 50% of the charter fee will be charged. 0-2 months before charter, 100% of the charter fee will be charged. In the event of the yacht being booked by another party for the cancelled period, 50% of the fee will be refunded.

Payment Security: All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of "Alpha e-Commerce" of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.1 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient , who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key .
