Terms and conditions
Pricelist: Prices are in Euros and include VAT. The pricelist is valid for weekly rental. Boarding takes place on Saturdays at 17:00, while disembarkation takes place on Saturdays at 09:00. Yachts need to arrive to their base port from the previous day till 17:00. You may ask for alternatives, by emailing at info@sailingblue.gr.
General Payment terms: 50% of charter fee to be paid at time of booking and the rest 50% two months before charter.
Covid period Payment terms: Due to Covid pandemic we have applied some extra payment terms combined either with flexibility or with discount schemes. Not all terms are applicable for all yachts.
Term1. 50% at time of booking; 50% two months before charter combined with a discount of 25% from our pricelist
Term2. 30% at time of booking; 70% one month before charter combined with a discount of 20% from our pricelist.
Term3 – flexi. 10% at time of booking, 90% one month before charter combined with a discount of 10% from our pricelist.
Cancelation fee: More than 6 months before charter, 300 Euros handling fee will be charged. 2-6 months before charter: 50% of charter fee. 0-2 months 100% of charter fee except if the yacht is finally booked for the same period.
Cancelation due to Covid: In case of travel restrictions due to covid in your country or in our country, which do not allow you to make the trip booked, you will receive a voucher for a trip with us in the next 24 months. In case you select the Payment term3 – flexi a 300 Eur handling fee will be charged for any cancelation.
Security deposit : Paid via Visa or Mastercard at check in. Security deposit is required even if skipper is hired at extra cost.
Bases: The yachts are available for charter in Greece
Crew: Skipper or other crew cost 150 – 180 Euros per day plus meals. Please ask for a quotation.
Cleaning: Cleaning fee is mandatory. Price values from 80 EUR in small monohull yachts till 300 EUR for large catamarans.
Yacht equipment: All necessary inventory and navigation equipment according to the Greek laws and according to chartering standards. Equipment includes among other the following: outboard motor and tender, GPS or GPS plotters, bimini, electric windlass, furling or full batten main sail and roller Genoa, music stereo player, VHF-VHS, electric refrigerators and ice-box, wheel steering and hot water, autopilot, sprayhood, gangway, deck cushions, electricity adaptors-shore lines, deck speakers.
Optional services: Transport, City tour, sight-seeing , welcome dinner, Shopping on board.
Included in the price
Full inventory and extras as specified, Greek V.A.T., Yacht’s insurance, Linen, blankets & towels per pax, Gas for cooking, Technical support
Not included in the price
Provisions, Diesel, Water, Harbour or marina fees, Transfers, End cleaning, Personal holiday insurance, Crew, Optional services

Payment Security: All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Alpha e-Commerce” of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.1 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient , who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key .
